2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on zeta77, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a human individual — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a zeta77 employee.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on the zeta77 Platform.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or access restrictions in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

zeta77 implements age verification controls at both the account registration stage and the withdrawal stage. Members may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm their age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested by the zeta77 compliance team will result in account suspension.

Responsible Use by Eligible Players

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zeta77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). zeta77 supports the following approved payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be introduced from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your zeta77 account within seconds of confirmation.
• You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zeta77 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you make an unintended deposit, contact our support team immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• zeta77 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the zeta77 Platform and the experience of all members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one zeta77 account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false or misleading personal information during registration, verification, or any subsequent account management process.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, the use of false identities, or any strategy designed to derive undue advantage from bonus structures contrary to their intended purpose.
• Cheating and collusion: Colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, using automated betting software (bots), or employing any strategy that constitutes cheating as reasonably determined by zeta77.
• Money laundering: Using the zeta77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming activity.
• Unauthorised payment methods: Depositing or withdrawing using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or using stolen, cloned, or fraudulent financial instruments.
• Harassment and abuse: Using zeta77's live chat, support channels, or any associated communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse any member of our team or any other platform user.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the zeta77 Platform — including game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, or proprietary software — without express written permission from zeta77.

zeta77 employs continuous automated monitoring tools and a dedicated fraud detection team to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will trigger an immediate investigation, during which account access and withdrawal processing may be restricted pending the outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeta77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the zeta77 Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

zeta77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security infrastructure, zeta77 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses arising from downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

By using the zeta77 Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager. zeta77 does not guarantee winnings, and no employee or representative of zeta77 has the authority to make any representation about expected outcomes of gaming sessions. You participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own risk.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games and betting markets on the zeta77 Platform are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While zeta77 partners exclusively with certified, reputable providers, we are not responsible for technical errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect odds arising from within third-party software. Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of any zeta77 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to zeta77's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through formal dispute resolution channels as communicated by zeta77 at the time. zeta77 is committed to resolving all member disputes fairly and transparently.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
